Asante is a new supportive housing community located in Los Angeles. There are 54 affordable studio- and one-bedroom apartments for unsheltered seniors, as well as one apartment reserved for the on-site property manager. Each apartment comes furnished with a bed, dresser, table and chairs and kitchen appliances. Located on the ground floor are shared laundry facilities, a community room, a computer room, a spacious lounge area, bike storage, and secured offices for onsite case managers and the property manager. An outdoor community space is situated on the rooftop. On-site supportive services are offered by The People Concern, assisting residents in achieving their highest level of self-sufficiency.
